Outreach and Time Being Back
Wow it been a while and a busy season and four months since I last updated you all. So much has happened in so little time. But everything has been a blessing, the hard things and easy things as well.
Outreach!
Outreach was such an amazing experience! Our team traveled through different cities in Mexico, from some of the biggest ones to tiny indigenous communities.

Our first location was an indigenous community named Zapote de Picachos in the state of Nayarit. Just getting there was an adventure. First, we had to take a 5-hour bus ride to get to a city called Tepic. Then we had to take about an hour and a half van ride from the bus station to a dam. From the drop-off point, we then had to take a little boat for about 30 minutes to get to the community, as it isn’t accessible by car, only by boat.

We did a medical brigade there and were able to bless so many people in the community. In the next locations, we worked with different churches. We helped with kids' ministry, painting, building a floor, assisting with the main services, serving the people in the church, and many other things.

It was such a blessing for us to be able to serve different people throughout Mexico. We were in a total of four different states in Mexico, such as Nayarit, Puebla, Mexico State, and Morelos. It was so beautiful to see different parts of Mexico and learn even more about the culture.

I got to co-lead a team of 9 students, and it was such a growing experience. Seeing growth in the students from when they first started the school to the end was so amazing and so encouraging from the work the Lord was doing in their lives. It was a stretching and growing season, but it was so worth it. It was such a fun season as well, learning more about the Lord and His leadership and my leadership as well.
After Outreach!
The last three months I have been on our campus here in Mazatlán!

For a couple of weeks, I served in our hospitality department, cleaning and prepping rooms for teams and speakers! It was a sweet couple of weeks serving with a beautiful team! Then, for the last two months, I have been serving in our training and communications department, calling and communicating with the students for the September DTS school! In August, I was able to fly back to Arizona, and I had the opportunity to give a message in my church on Sunday morning! It was a blessing for me, and I was able to see my family again! After I was in Arizona, I went to Puebla, a city close to Mexico City, for a week! Since then, I have been back in Mazatlan, prepping for the next season!
One Update!

First thing, at the end of this month I will be co-leading a DTS! The students start arriving on the 26th and 27th of this month, and our first official day is the 28th of this month! We have been starting to prep for the school and working to grow community within our staff team!
This also means I will be going on another outreach at the end of December! I'm so excited to learn through this next season and grow in my leadership and deeper with the Lord and what He wants to do in my life and in the lives of the students as well!
Another Update!

So some of you may know, some maybe not, but I have recently started a relationship! His name is Gustavo, and he lives in Puebla, Mexico, and is currently studying in university! We have been together for the last 3 months, and it has been such a blessing in my life! We are doing long distance, which is challenging, but we believe it's only for a season and are super excited to see where the Lord takes us!
Some pretty exciting things are coming, and I am excited to see where the Lord leads me!
